The second video is a little more entertaining with the music and effects, but if I wanted to see a video about a home, it would mainly be to view the amenities, landscape, view and architecture... Either way, I love the direction you're going with the property videos. Funny, sellers are probably going to get more out of your marketing than they would if they hired a local agent - and you're a mortgage guy. Your new design looks really good. Nice job.
