Rocky doesn’t have a FICO score, basically no credit equals no credit score. Initially, Rocky had a loan officer that provided a “pre-approval”, however, this loan officer made a critical error in packaging the loan commitment from a lender and Rocky lost the home.
Rocky went online and searched for a California FHA Mortgage Expert to inquire about an authentic approval. When he found us, the Jonas Kruckeberg Team, I asked to see the package that the previous Loan Officer provided. I quickly assessed his situation, requested proper documentation, obtained the crucial element that was clearly missing, a NTMCR, or Non Traditional Mortgage Credit Report; then submitted the loan to a highly reputable lender prior to getting Rocky into another purchase contract. We call this type of loan submission a TBD – To Be Determined Address. So, a real, live, authentic approval was in the making.
6 business days later, I made the most invigorating, inspirational, life changing call that a Loan Officer can make. It went something like this….

Rocky – “Yes, why?”

Rocky – “What! No, really? You’re not joking?”

Rocky – “This is real!!! I got the loan, I got the loan!! Jonas, thank you, thank you, thank you!”
